For the launch of Empire Outlets on Staten Island, I led branding, brochure design and print advertising to reflect the property’s upscale, urban edge. The work balanced aspirational style with practical utility—highlighting key retail tenants, amenities, and the development’s unique waterfront location. The finished materials helped generate buzz, secure leases, and earned a Gold ADDY Award for design excellence.
